1. Introduction
Welcome to AesthetIQ Collective. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at aesthetIQcollective.com (the "Site"), operated by AesthetIQ Collective, LLC ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Site or its services.
2. Definitions
“aesthetIQ ALL ACCESS Membership” – A subscription-based product granting a purchaser either monthly or annual access to the content library. This access is non-transferable and for individual use only.
“Content” – Any educational courses, videos, articles, templates, legal documents, policies, procedures, training materials, or other digital materials provided through the Site.
“User” – Any individual who accesses, interacts with, or engages in transactions through the Site.
3. Educational and Legal Disclaimer
AesthetIQ Collective provides educational content designed for licensed professionals in the aesthetic medicine industry.
We do not provide legal, medical, or business advice, certification, or licensure. The information on the Site is for educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as professional guidance.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws regarding medical training, scope of practice, and business operations.

4. Account Registration and Security
Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and are responsible for all activity under their accounts.
Account sharing, resale, or transfers are strictly prohibited.

5. User Conduct & Prohibited Actions
Users must not:
Violate state or federal laws, licensing regulations, or professional standards.
Reproduce, duplicate, distribute, resell, or sublicense any Site content without prior written permission.
Use automated scraping, bots, or reverse-engineering techniques to access content.
Falsely represent qualifications, certifications, or compliance with medical and legal standards.
6. Subscription, Billing, and Automatic Renewal Policy
Monthly Subscription
Users are billed monthly on a recurring basis until canceled.
Users may cancel at any time, but access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
No refunds are provided for partial months unless required by law.
Annual Subscription
Users are billed annually on a recurring basis.
A renewal reminder will be sent at least 30 days before the renewal date.
If not canceled before the renewal date, the subscription automatically renews for another year.
Refunds for annual renewals are available within 7 days of renewal unless required by law.
How to Cancel
Users can cancel their subscription at any time via their account settings or by contacting admin@aesthetIQcollective.com.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not issue refunds for past payments except as stated above.
State Law Compliance
If required by applicable state law, additional consumer rights regarding automatic renewal and cancellation may apply.
7. Third-Party Links & Affiliations
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites that we do not own or control.
We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or content of third-party services.
Engagement with third-party services is at the user’s own risk.
8. Intellectual Property Rights

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AesthetIQ Collective, LLC:

Does not guarantee outcomes from training, templates, or educational materials.
Is not responsible for compliance failures, injuries, or business losses related to content use.
Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability, and in such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Mandatory Arbitration
Any dispute must be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Missouri, under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules.
Class Action Waiver: Users waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
Users may file disputes in small claims court instead of arbitration if the claim qualifies under state law.
Opting Out of Arbitration
Users may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of agreeing to these Terms by emailing admin@aesthetIQcollective.com with “Opt-Out of Arbitration” in the subject line.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, except where prohibited by consumer protection laws in the user's state.
Users are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to their jurisdiction.
12. Use of Brand-Name Prescription Medications in Educational Content
AesthetIQ Collective may reference prescription medications, including brand-name and generic drugs, strictly for educational purposes related to aesthetic medicine.
All brand names, trademarks, and product names mentioned on this Site are the property of their respective owners. AesthetIQ Collective is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any pharmaceutical manufacturer or medical device company.
Any discussion of prescription medications, including their FDA-approved uses, benefits, risks, contraindications, or potential off-label applications, is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
